Hello Rod!

We visited Sunday.  You were kind enough to spend time with my wife and myself, showing and explaining the refining process, including reverse osmosis, and the final filtering equipment before bottling.  Not sure you will remember us....you had a lot of visitors, but my wife is Japanese and I am American, so you just might.

My wife publishes a well-regarded blog in Japan telling of her adventures in the US, written in both Japanese and English. She featured your farm on Sunday and Monday.

Kevin and I want to thank you and your family for a wonderful time on Sunday! We traveled 2 1/2 hours from Blue Hill with our friend Ed and Rachel. We weren't disappointed! Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed the personal "Grand Tour" that your dad gave us. We wish that we could have spent more time visiting. Hopefully your day went very well. I purchased a few 1 lb jars of your maple cream at a the Fryeburg Fair. We have used it on all of the usual foods that you would expect like pancakes, waffles, toast, etc. We have also experimented with other recipes that we thought it would work well with like Maple Cream & Butter Pecan Encrusted Baked Tilapia. I wanted to tell you how much we love your products!
