Bacon Wrapped Shrimp or Scallops with Maple Cream Glaze
- 24 large sea scallops or jumbo shrimp
- 12 pieces center cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons Hall Farms Maple Cream
- Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Cut each slice of bacon in half. Partially cook bacon under broiler. Wrap each scallop or shrimp with a slice of bacon and skewer with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
Brush each piece with Hall Farms Pure Maple Cream and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt & pepper.
Place on rack under broiler for about 6 to 8 minutes until bacon is cooked. Turn after 3 to 4 minutes and brush with more maple cream.
