Ever wonder how much sap it takes to make one gallon of maple syrup? Have you ever had maple cotton candy? Would you like to visit a Maine dairy farm that has been in the family for more than eight generations? Then head to Hall Farms on Route 2 in East Dixfield to spend Maine Maple Sunday with us on Sunday, March 23, 2014. We welcome you to enjoy our annual pancake breakfast, visit the barn to see if we have any new baby calves, take a walk up to the sap house to watch (and smell!) the maple syrup being made, and ask any of us any questions you have about the process.
If you've been to Maine Maple Sunday at Hall Farms before, we hope you'll be back. If you've never been to visit the farm, Maine Maple Sunday is a great day to stop by. We would love to see you!
